Our balm is designed to help relieve muscle aches and pains after training. If you have injured yourself after exercise it can be used to help relieve pain. The balm's anti-inflammatory properties also enable you to use it for injury prevention.
It is a quick and easy way to help manage all muscle recovery issues. Simply apply the balm to the affected area as and when needed and let it do its magic.

Kalm Balm has been specially formulated to help relieve aches and pains caused after training. The key ingredients of Cayenne Pepper, Turmeric and Arnica help to:

Kalm Balm is plant based, cruelty free, free from palm oil, sulphates and synthetic fragrance. It is natural, made in the UK and our packaging is recycable and sustainable.
Directions for use: Simply apply to the desired area and massage deep into the skin until the balm has been fully absorbed. Apply as often as needed, and wash hands thoroughly with warm soapy water after use.
This product is not suitable for use by those who are pregnant.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
How often should I apply the balm? Use as often as necessary. However, from research we recommend 2 or 3 times a day would help you see the best results & it is reccomended you apply the balm liberally to your muscles.
Can I use Kalm Balm if I’m pregnant? This product is not recommended for those who are pregnant.
Can I use Kalm Balm for injuries? Yes. This product can be used to relieve muscle aches caused by injury like a sore back or shoulder.
How long will Kalm Balm last? This is dependent on use. With regular use, one container of Kalm Balm will last approximately 4-6 weeks.
Will I feel a warm or cooling sensation? This is dependent on individual use, but the feeling of a warm and relaxing sensation is common.
Can Kalm Balm be used for joint pain? Yes. It can be used to help with joint pain. If your joints ache before you train we reccommend applying it liberally, pre-workout to help mitigate ache.
Can I use this balm on my childern ? The balm is reccomended for the use of adults only. The balms primary use is to help relieve muscle aches after training.
Can I recycle your packaging ? Yes our packaging is recycable. We use all eco friendly packaging and the tin itself can be re used and recycled.

Does the balm have a smell ? You may notice the tumeric smell when you open the balm. It is quite a distinctive aroma, one that promotes relaxation and a sense of calm.
How long is delivery? Delivery will take 3 to 5 days if you are based in the UK. Delivery to the USA and beyond can take 7 working days.
